About Us
The Cue Theatre, Inc is an educational Lab Theatre that provides opportunities for participants ages 5 and up to learn all facets of Theatre Arts, from creation to performance to production, and infuses Performing Arts into all aspects of the learning process. Using a professional theater model, Cue helps participants explore their creativity, expand their skills and experience live theatre in new ways. Cue benefits the broad community through presentation of students’ work and outreach programming.
Who's Who At The Cue

Suzie Dunn, Executive Artistic Director
Suzie is responsible for the creative direction and implementation of Cue Theatre’s programming. She currently plans and implements classroom instruction, oversees other teachers and interns and directs Cue’s musical productions.
Additionally, Suzie develops and leads all Artist-in-Resident programs including Cue The Classroom teacher training, Theatre in a Box, and the Anti-Bullying Project. Suzie is a graduate of SUNY Oneonta (BA in Education and Theatre), has taught dance and drama at The Oakland Garden School for the Arts, and is founder and former director of Stage Sensations in New York City. She has been working with Professional, Youth and Regional Theatre for over 17 years and is a co-founder of The Cue Theatre.
Morgan Galvin, Associate Artistic Director
Morgan Galvin is the Associate Artistic Director at The Cue Theatre in Albany, NY, where she has directed five productions and choreographed six. Morgan has been a part of The Cue Theatre since its founding, first as a student and now as an educator, playing a key role in the theatre's development and success. She is passionate about creating vibrant, dynamic theatre experiences for both the performers and the audience.
A graduate of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City, Morgan earned a degree in Integrated Musical Theatre in 2021. Throughout her time at The Cue Theatre, Morgan has become an integral part of the creative team, working to elevate productions through her direction and choreography while fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment for artists.
In addition to her work behind the scenes, Morgan is also an active performer in the Albany area, continuing to pursue her passion for the stage and further engage with the local arts community.


Jacob Hernandez, Music Director
Jacob Hernandez is a Music Director (and Director) at The Cue Theatre in Albany, NY, where he has been involved since its founding. Starting as a student, Jacob has grown into his role as an educator and music director, playing an integral part in shaping the theatre’s youth programming. Over the years, Jacob has music-directed eight junior productions and directed two, contributing to the growth and success of The Cue's community-based theatre productions.
In addition to his work at The Cue Theatre, Jacob is an elementary general music teacher with the Guilderland Central School District, where he has taught K-5 general music and 4th/5th grade chorus since 2021. Each year, Jacob also music directs his 5th grade spring musical and serves as the vocal director for Guilderland High School’s musical production.
Jacob holds a Bachelor of Music Education from The Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam (Class of 2021), where he was honored with the Julia E. Crane Award in his final year for his commitment to upholding the ideals of Julia Etta Crane and his promise as a future leader in public-school music education. Jacob is currently completing his Master of Music Education at The Hartt School, University of Hartford, with an expected graduation date in Summer 2025.
Madison Galvin, Director
Madison Galvin is a Director at The Cue Theatre in Albany, NY, where she has been involved since its founding. Initially joining as a student, Madison has since transitioned into a director, working across multiple areas of theatre. She has stage-managed and worked on crew roles since 2019, and has contributed her talents as a set designer, sound technician, and scenery painter, helping to create immersive and impactful productions.
Madison is committed to fostering creativity and collaboration, and her diverse skill set continues to enrich the productions at The Cue Theatre, ensuring each show is brought to life with excellence in all aspects of design and performance.
